Holiday Giving with March of Dimes

We are all making our holiday lists and checking them twice, but does your list include giving back to the community?

I’m so privileged to not only know many special needs families who have been helped by the March of Dimes, I am also honoured to have been asked to help them share their important messages throughout the year.

You might have seen a few tweets about the upcoming fundraising event at the Fairmount Hotel. On December 2nd, I will be joining the many Y&R fans who will be attending the SOLD OUT OpportuniTeas High Tea in support of the March of Dimes. The March of Dimes would like to thank everyone who has purchased a ticket for the tea and looks forward to meeting everyone on Sunday.

But the March of Dimes still needs your help. Until the end of the year, Scotiabank has generously agreed to match every donation dollar-for-dollar, up to $10.000. Any donation received by December 31st, 2012, will go twice as far in helping to change a life in need.

Donate here.

Please make your end-of-year donation todayand assist the March of Dimes do more than ever. Your tax deductible gift will offer those living with physical disabilities a better chance to achieve their potential for independence.
